How do I remove the words ‘Question Tag’ from Tag page?

For example it says “Question Tag: [tag_name]”

and I want it to just say “[tag_name]”

How can I do this? I looked in the translation file but it doesn’t seem to be there.

This has been been fixed already, do you have latest version of tags extension ?
