how to set email notification for follwers, there is only setting for admin email notification

This is actually going to very hard for a mail server. Like a Forum. Nice but should be like a “queue” mail, otherwise ….
We are already thinking on this functionality. This functionality can be used easily if you have dedicated mail server. But most of user uses shared hosting so this functionality may kill their site because they have limited resource.
Just for example, If 100 people follow a user and every time user post a question or answer then 100 email is sent. You can think how much load it will give to server.
Currently its only possible by using paid mail services like Mailgun, mailchimp etc.. (We prefer mailgun because of their free tier).
We are thinking about sending digest email to users at specific interval. But still its cannot be used with shared hosting.
I would like to know this as well
