Can a public question be changed to be a private question?
Can a question that was public when it was first asked be changed to be a private question by either an admin or the person who asked the question?
If so, how would it be done (not exact steps but just general idea e.g., manually update database)?

I figured out an Admin can do this by following the steps below. But it is possible for the person who asked the question to do this?
A public question can be made private by Admin
– Edit question
– In Publish in right sidebar, change Status from Published to Private Post
– Then press Update button
A private question can be made public by Admin
– Edit question
– In Publish in right sidebar, change Status from Private Post to Draft
– Then press Publish button
