Its in new version in Github. Its not stable yet.

Hi Rahul!

Hope you are doing fine. I don’t want to start a new thread so I just notify here of a bug I found. When mentions are not activated, everything is fine on AnsPress pages but you can actually still mention people in comments on regular posts. I kind of like the idea but I think that when disabled, it should be site wide no? 😉
