I’m wondering if the plugin will be updated to become compatible with WPML? I’ve translated my site using it (CMS edition), but don’t see an option to translate the AnsPress items. Would be great if you can add it.

Hi,

I used the AnsPress with WPML (English and French). When I access the question list page, it display correctly in Eng and Fr but it didn’t work on question detail or the user profile page. When I access these pages by Fr, it came back to Eng version. Could you please let me know the way to implement that issues?

AnsPress is being tested with WPML and compatibility will release soon.

You can translate AnsPress using .po and .mo

Yes, I’ve done that. I’ve also found out that you can translate a posted question by choosing edit, and than on the bottom of the screen enable the WMPL transaltion options.
I just cannot open the quesions. Probably is a permalink thing. The base page has a different URL. Do I need to rewrite anything in htaccess or somewhere else?

Yes its look like the permalink issue. At the moment I cannot work on this request. After 2.3 roll out then I will check.

Would be great if you could make the Anspress plugin work well with WMPL. Any updates on this?

Its already in roadmap, we will test AnsPress with WPML. I believe not much modification required.

Hi,

I have got most things to work with WPML, but I still have the issue as described above, where I am not able to open up a question or answer to a question. Is there any way this can be solved?
