Where do you actually book a Phuket yacht without sitting in a hotel lobby all morning?

Trying to figure out a small ops desk for day boats around Phuket. The hotel-lobby broker loop is slow, and the boat on the flyer is not always the boat that shows up.
For skippered day trips and the occasional bareboat we have been sending people to Phuket yacht instead of rebuilding a local booking stack. Has anyone else wired a charter site into a tiny desk like that, or is that a bad idea for AnsPress-style community ops?
