In each Question and Answer, there is a Comment link. If there are NO comments, i think the link should NOT be shown. There is no reason for it. It only displays “There aren’t any comment yet.”

Let it be there. I remember when I did this in early version of AnsPress then people keep asking about showing comment button even if there is not any comment.
