Using Anspress as a Help Desk [Knowledge Base &Support Tickets]

Hello, we need to build a Help Desk with 2 main sections:

  1. Knowledge base: where only admin and moderators can post content
  2. Support Tickets: where users ask questions (with option to only see their own questions and not others questions)

Is it possible to do this with Anspress?

Sorry Rahul, can you explain better how can I do it?

  1. How can I set permission for a category to let admin and mods be the only ones who can post in that category?
  2. How can I set permissions for a category to let users view own posts only?
