Unable to Answer Question

Good day,
Your help, please. Each time I click on the Add an answer hyperlink in the WordPress backend, a notice is immediately sent out to all subscribers that a new answer has been posted. I am never actually given the opportunity to answer the question.
When I try to answer the question on the front end, on the web page after logging-in, the answer box opens and does not allow any input of text.
Can you recommend a fix or workaround? What additional information do you need so you may understand the problem better?

I regret my delay in reply. You should have heard from me before today. And, the wait is not indicative of the urgency we are feeling. Our inability to reply to questions posted on our site is really embarrassing.

In attempting to answer a question today, five e-mail notices were sent out to those who have registered on our site. They contained links similar to this: https://www.landtrustsmadesimple.com/?p=19314
Your need for more information will certainly be understood. I will check back more frequently so that I may give you what you need, when you need it, to get us to resolution.

What news is there regarding the resolution of this technical difficulty? Is this a problem of my own creation? If so, how do I fix it? Do you need more information?

Hi Erik,
This was due to caching plugin (SG Optimizer) you have installed. You can disable and install autoptimize plugin instead to fix this. If you need more help or if you have any custom WP help need feel free to get in touch by email.
