When debugging HTML and CSS in the current version of Firefox, I

“Style sheet could not be loaded. http://new.lucidadvice.com/wp-content/plugins/anspress-question-answer/theme/default/css/overrides.css?v=3.0.7&ver=3.0.7”

I see that the file is there but it is 0 bytes. So while I believe this is a Firefox issue, not an Anspress one, it might be nice to put a space or comment in this file to avoid the problem.
