In user profile page below avatar username is shown. I want to add other data there. Basically, I want to be like this: Name Surname (username).

Sorry, not sure what should I do. Should I make a /user/about.php file in my theme or?

You are just missing anspress, so it would be like: anspress/user/about.php in your theme
