Thanks for the great AnsPress plugin. What plugin do you use on this site for the login process, is it buddypress? I like how it works and would like to do the same thing.

Its called TML (theme my login)

Its included in AnsPress, got to WordPress discussion setting and enabled AnsPress avatar.
