Hi,
how can I have questions with same name? Could I somehow add the question ID to the end of its URL? How?

Hm, just spent over an hour going trough the forum and I didn’t find it 🙁

You mean question slug same as question title? if yes then I ahve added an option just a few minutes ago. After downloading from Github got to AnsPress->Questions and uncheck keep stop words
