Hi all, i am new to this forum and I have two questions. I will break them into two posts 🙂
We have created a customer community forum using this tool.
We have about 65 people added and the customers have asked if whenever a question is asked in the forum if we can send an email to them notifying them of a new question. We thought when we set this up that we had this setup correctly however there is nothing going out to our customers.
When you submit a question yourself you are notified of the posting of the question and any answer to your question. Also if you subscribe to that question you are notified.
Has anyone been able to setup a notification to all users on every question, How did you do this ?
