Missing default text in “How to answer” tab

For some reason I am missing the default information from the “how to answer” tab. I see your site has the following text:

Please follow the guidelines before answering a question.

Do not post comment as answer
Do not disclose an confidential information here, like login and FTP details. If we ask then send it to email [email protected]
Do not post unuseal links in answer.
If you are posting an issue, make sure to include an screenshot.

I am only getting [anspress] showing up. Where do I change what text is displayed?

Create a page with help contents and then in AnsPress options select this page for how to answer field.
