issue with mobile mode

Hello,

In mobile mode, after click the “comment”, and then scroll back to the previous content or pages, the comment will still jump to show up, and it always need try several times to get back the previous page. it would be great that you can resolve it since it is really bad experience.

Actually, there is same problem with add answer.

and ‘browser from computer’ does not work in mobile mode, it is not responsive layout for mobile mode.
