I opened the console in Chrome and noticed that there are scripts being loaded after the <body> tag. Is this intended? Might this be a bug with Anspress or is this normally how WordPress works?

Take a look at this image. This is on the Ask Question page. I’ve drawn a blue line next to the tag and also by the WordPress scripts that are being loaded within the The Anspress code is in between.
