Is it possible to change the URL structure from /…. .com/questions/question/testing123456/ to something a bit shorter?

I agree with @Terence. But if you want shorter permalink then there is an option in AnsPress option -> general

SEO is a very personal thing and advice is rarely taken until the money runs out… 😉
