I am not able to send notification mails to my users. I have already installed the said plugin but still the mail is not received by the users. Moreover is there any option to set up my mail account.

Plugin would use wordpress and your hosting mail settings. It will only work, if sending emails already works.

Can you get emails from wordpress without anspress plugin?
