How Do You Change Profile Image Size?

So I’ve tried just about everything and can’t seem to find out where to change the size of the proile image. I’ve managed to change the size of the image container but the image is now filling the container without readjusting properly. It’s appearing really pixelated. Any help would be appreaciated!
