changed to : mysite com question and-etc…

Currently you cannot change permalink of anspress, here is an example of AnsPress permalinks:

http://domain/BASE_PAGE/question-title/question_id
http://domain/BASE_PAGE/categories
http://domain/BASE_PAGE/ask

You can change BASE_PAGE to whatever you wish.
