How can I remove the related questions widget from the question page?

How can I remove the related questions widget from the question page?

I have unticked the ‘Show question sidebar’ toggle in the Layout options. The stats disappeared but the related items did not. I would like the question (1) to be the full width, and (2) not to show.

How can I achieve this?

Just remove the widget !! (not sure why you ask how to remove a widget from WP).

And use a full page template in the Anspress Base page.
