The question header filters are not working in Version 4.1.14, for example it is not displaying the categories to search by, and the order_by pages all display all questions, unsorted. Ho do I get the sort filter to work in the questions header?

The filter by categories does not work Version 4.1.14 in the Questions page. Is there a fix for this? The sortby filter never worked either, but everybody knows that. Will this ever be resolved?
