Do subscribed users get duplicate email notifications if they are following overlapping tags?

For example, if a question has “Tag 1” and “Tag 2” and the user is following both Tags.

Do they get just 1 email notification that the question has been posted, or do they get 2 of the same email notification (because they are subscribed to both Tags)?
