Would you please let us know which avatar plugin have you used for type icon avatar. I have installed some and they were not good and doesn’t work properly with anspress.

The list of available avatars – Mystery, Gravar, etc. – AnsPress is not listed as I would expect.

This doesn’t work for me either. Anspress (GIT) is installed (latest), but Avatar choice does not display. Not using AnsBug theme – does this matter ?

Its included with AnsPress, simply navigate to wp-admin->settings->discussion->and in avatar section select AnsPress and save.

Hey Rahul, I don’t have it in the list under wp-admin->settings->discussion. I have others (Gravatar, Identicon, Wavatar, etc.) but Anspress is not here.
I have enabled ” force Anspress avatars” and “Buddypress integration” in the Anspress options.
I think the issue is related to Buddypress, because if I deactivate buddypress, it works.

That was said for older version. Since 4.o its under addons->dynamic avatar. But if BP is enabled then AnsPress avatar will not be loaded.
