Ask question URL not working.

Hi,

I have an issue when accessing the Ask question URL on https://www.arizonalawgroup.com/az-familylaw-questions/ask when I configure the Questions Permalink like http://www.arizonalawgroup.com/az-familylaw-questions/question-name . When I click the ask link, the page URL changes but the same question listing is showing. The URLs working if I change the URL settings like http://www.arizonalawgroup.com/az-familylaw-questions/213/question-name. Please help me to fix the issue and use the above first URL structure (without question id in the url).
