Hi,

I’m facing errors when I try to activate Anspress after upgrading fromĀ 1.4.6 (was working like a charm) to 2.2.0.2…

Already done:
– User profile editor > reset done (default admin capabilities)
– Max execution time > changed from 60 to 160
– Addons added prior to try to activate

1) 500 error when I try to activate from Network admin (ok maybe not supporting multisite….)
2) “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” error message when I try from main site or sub site (I have reset the admin profile credentials….Unsuccessfully)

Can you help?

Thank you

R.

First thing you should try, update all installed AnsPress extensions .i.e.

  1. Categories for AnsPress
  2. Tags for AnsPress
  3. AnsPress email

Hi Rahul,

Done already, need to create Addons folder and add the latest add-ons…But now I have “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” error message…I have reset my admin credentials as well…

Thanks,
R.

No addon folder in 2.0 or later. Please read documents page. No need to reset anything, just follow instructions. Even though if you are unable to figure it, I will have a look at you site.
