Regarding Scrolling Error in Anspress plugin

Hi anyone can help me with the scrolling error?

When i click on Question on my site its scrolling down to Register or Login Instead of showing the content.

Please logon to my site https://forum.civilread.com/ and click on any question, it automatically scroll down to bottom of the answers and show register and login option. Please any one guide me to over come this error
