Why you remove questions which say that theme have serious problems? I wait more than 1 month!
Problem not in internet! All users from Russia where internet is very good! Don’t make private this question! Customers should now that theme have serious problem!
Fix problem! Or make money back, 3000$ which I invest at site on yours theme!

Hello Alex,
First of all let me tell you that this is not our theme or plugin issue. As you said you lives in Thailand were internet is very slow. So, I am sure that is the real issue.
As you said earlier that you can upload image but not user. To verify that we tested upload functionality in your site as admin and normal user in all browsers and OS and it works without an issue.
As this issue is due to slow connection of your user.
Hence we are not able to help. Please request a refund from PayPal.
Sir, please try to understand. Many many times we asked for TeamViewer info so that we can see issue directly. We did all automated and manual testings and I can assure you there’s nothing wrong in upload functionality. Also we tried in your site too, we can upload images smoothly.
We are unable to help further. I am initiating refund of theme.
