I just update the plugin & it’s showing me this error message during login?

@rahul I tried to update my PHP version in GoDaddy but its only showing two versions 5.3 & 5.4!

what should I do?

But how should I update that?(I can’t login in the backend it’s showing the error message)

I’m using Godaddy host.

Simply tell GoDaddy support that you need PHP 5.5 to run your WordPress and they will do the rest.

@czsuman Please let me know if you update your PHP Version provided by GoDaddy. I use GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting and I can’t use the plugin without PHP 5.5. I get the following error-

AnsPress is not running!
Irks! At least PHP version 5.5 is required to run AnsPress. Current PHP version is 5.4.42. Please ask hosting provider to update your PHP version.

Please update PHP to 5.5 or above. As version below 5.5 is no supported by WordPress anymore.
