What happend if we have more than 100 comments? Just show it all? how about more than 1000 comments?

Mine have no pagination on comment page.
I would like it have same pagination as Answers. So i can use infinite scroll or ajax next page to views more comments. Not load them all.
As you can see. It’s not good idea when we load all comments. People would want to read only first 3 or 5 best/ last comments. If have more than 5 comments and they want to read more, we will put a LOAD MORE button like youtube, facebook… Can you do that?
Another question. I have infinite scroll in my website, so I have to reload “user hover card” jquery. But I can’t find that code. Can you tell me where is it?

Our site is using older version of AnsPress hence you can see pagination after 20 comments. But since 3.0 comments are not loaded by default. All cooments are shown when clicked on comment button but load more is not there.
Load more button in AnsPress comment will be added.
