What do “Set as featured” and “Flag this post” mean?
How can I change the colour to featured questions? I am using the plugin and not the theme.
I can set questions as featured but I cannot change the colour.

Rahul, than k you so much! Could you say what is the difference between Flag and Featured? May be you can write synonyms for these functions? I can’t translate these points, because I don’t understand full meaning?
Featured means stick a question to top in question list.
