What capability should be set to update edited answers?

Hello,just started with anspress.
After edit an answer,can not update it even if click “Update Answer”.
And a message of “Trying to cheat?!” is displayed… Of course ,”ap_edit_answer “is setting.
What capability should be set for users?

Thank you for your comment.
It is happen everytime update edited answers.
I show the seted　capabilities for users　with an insertimage. I set only basic capabilities,because our current user arn’t　have a moderator role.
