Voting disabled on Answers

Similar to the text editor checkbox which seems to do nothing (for me at least), all questions are not votable. I have toggled the “Disable voting on questions.” on/off but no matter which one is selected it seems that in v2 stable we cannot actually vote for the best answer — I’m assuming that like 1.4.3 we should be able to vote on answers.

The checkbox works for setting Questions on/off, but voting for Answers are permanently off.
