User needs to be able to see the User Profile of the person who gives them reputation points

Is there a workaround? or this might be a new feature.

Would like for the user to see the same of the person who gives him/her points by clicking directly on the person’s name to go directly to the person’s profile page.

Its shown in reputation page. We are working on improved user activity, history and notification for 2.4.

Also user reputation on vote up and down and its not good to show user who down voted. If this happens then a user who received a down vote will down vote a user who voted down on their post.
