Two question boxes show on screen when user want to input a question

I’m happy to be using AnsPress and your Askbug theme.

But, I have one question and request.

When user want to input a question, two question boxes show on screen.

First question box does not have questions-help tag and second one have questions-help tag.

I think it is comfortable for users that first question box hide and only second question box been shown.

Is it possible?
