Trying to write a comment after canceling it before has no effect
Clicking on comment, then opens the comment editor, then clicking cancel removes it, clicking comment again has no effect.

My theme is using bootstrap 4.0 alpha I know Anspress uses Bootstrap 3.0 so this my have something to do with it.

If you are sure its not due to your theme then please post a video link. And which browser your are using?
I think it may be browser specific bug.
Rahul no it is a BUG. You Cancel a comment and then you can’t comment again. Doing the same here, works BUT opens TWO comment boxes.
Can not confirm 2 comment boxes here on this site in 48.0. Cancel closes the comment box, clicking ‘comment’ opens a new one like its sopposed to be.

Its now 12 days after you claimed you will release a patch tomorrow, just saying.
Works great for me for WP 4.4.4 and WP 4.6.
