Transparent in user notification for new users

Hi!!

I tried in my main site, and an new one (with two different themes), and when a user has no notifications, the second
is trasparent (see image)

I solved with css, but I don’t know if this is a bug.

Are you using AskBug? if so, update is available for download.

I can confirm this issue too, we’re not using AskBug. Only AnsPress.

I’m not using AskBug. Two different themes, a free one and a paid one from themeforest.
