Sphinx search

Good afternoon!
I have a website about the army and military enlistment office and army. Every half of the year users come to the site with the same type of questions. Every day about 10 questions appear on the site. I want to improve search on the site using Sphinx, so people do not ask the same questions.
Is there an instruction on how to make Anspress work in conjunction with Sphinx?
