Quick ask and Users widget are not showing in wp widgets section

I have installed the latest anspress plugin 2.3.8 and trying to configure with sahifa theme. But quick ask and Top users widget is not displaying in widgets section of wordpress. As I read on the website and checked in the widgets directory of the plugin these are available. Please let me know how can I enable them.

In 2.3.8 widgets are registered using old deprecated method. This has been fixed in RC.

Thanks Rahul, Which is the latest release? Will I try 2.4 beta or 2.3.6 ? I tried 2.3.6 but still the same problem. Widgets not found in the list in WP Widget section.
