Question time and Answer time problem

The question was asked 6 hours ago, and the screenshot was captured right that moment when the answer was posted. But look at the times.

Someone asked the question anonymously: 3 hours ago
That person answered: 6 hours ago
Another Person (Jack….) Replied: 6 hours ago

How can it be? Is this a Bug? How can I solve this?

Note: I edited answer-form.php file to display the name field while answering anonymously.

I’d like to remove the duplicate time stamps as well. Only need one line with reputation and “answer”.
