Possible bug: My “Ask a Question” form is showing duplicate content.
There is a possible bug: My “Ask a Question” form is showing duplicate content. Please see attached images provided in the section below. The Title, Category, Tag, and Description areas are showing up 4 times. What can be done to fix this?
