Only 5 Questions shown

Hi,

i use your plugin and i already create some questions (15) in different catogories.

The catogories shown in the page.

but klicking one of the catogories only the last 5 Questions will show. the catogorie questions NOT shown.

And if you klick the 2. Step or 3. and so on to Show more questions only the first 5 will show. How can i fix this problems?
