Is it possible to add myCRED daily visit points to the built in Reputation function? I can get the daily visit points to work fine with myCRED, but they are not displayed on the user “Reputation” page.

myCRED and AnsPress store reputation in different tables. So, its usual myCRED log will not shown in AnsPress. You can easily fix this by hooking in myCRED. Please ask the author about the hook triggered right after adding reputation then I will provide full code.
