Mycred Anspress plugin throwing up errors

Hi,
I have Anspress plugin and Mycred Anspress plugin installed on my site. When I activate any plugin, the Anspress plugin gets deactivated.
Clicking on the Anspress link takes me to a WordPress org page which says, “This plugin has been closed and is no longer available for download.”
The Plugins page shows “The plugin mycred-anspress-integration/includes/mycred-anspress-new-question.php has been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.”
But it’s not the Mycred Anspress plugin that’s getting deactivated, but the main Anspress plugin.
Please help
