more than one anspress instances for a website?

I am building an Educational Website where students can discuss topics on CS, Math and Mechanics. I don’t want the question list to be mixed. Could there be a way that I could create separate anspress discussion pages so that questions on topics of unrelated subjects remain exclusive?

You could create separate category for each: Category:match Category: mechanics and so on.

This can be done using WordPress network feature, but AnsPress do not work properly in multi site at the moment. But I will fix this issues after major features are ready.
