It wont allow me to access due to low memory???
I’m trying to re-access this plugin after pausing and removing from the menu and when I accessed it, it shows:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /home/fnoces/iqamacheck.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 4323
I have 10,136 to moderate… I don’t even know what these are..
Kindly advise. 
How many plugins are there? Have you done any override?

SAVED me from spam and also from brute force hacking and other security risks. I can’t desrcibe how good this is and how lightweight also.
I used to have a log of comment spam (due to the nature of my site), after installing it, i had very very few.

Jetpack have many inbuilt security features, I hope you tried this as well.
Well i don’t like/trust most Automattic plugins. Some of them are crap (WP Super Cache) and usually neglected and unsupported.
Jetpack had many conflicts for me.
