Is there instructions on how to add menu items so they show up like this anspress site?

Is there any more updates for askbug theme for anspress4. I’m using askbug theme and trying to create menus with it and have them in the upper right just like this page I’m on here – https://www.dropbox.com/s/cs0wy5lb5psgv0s/Screenshot%202017-03-15%2010.41.43.png?dl=0

It still doesn’t seem to work on anspress4 where they are a drop down menu even with the latest updates.

Frank, that’s the exact issue I’m having as well. So you’re not alone on this problem, and none of the beta versions seem to fix this either. I’m very close to giving up on Anspress 4 and going back to the older version.
