I cannot get initials to display on the avatar
I’ve enabled the dyanic avatar plugin. However all avatars still show the mystery person. I’ve googled and can’t find anything. I”m sure I”m just missing something. Any feedback on how to fix. Thanks in advance!

There are no errors in the error log. I use bluehost.
Please see the below for the settings. I have cleared the cache. Also, I wasn’t forcing the avatar initially but just tried it to see if it would help. It didn’t.
