Hi,

I would like to know how users can contact moderators? for example send them a message if the moderator delete a question or something like that. Any recommendation?

Hello Romny,

I will suggest you to not give permanent delete permissions to moderators instead you give them trashing permission. Then you can redirect author to custom page having a contact form when they tries to visit their question. If user’s response satisfy you then you can simply un-trash question.
